Challenge

In a stable and mature Asian market, the management of the market leader wanted to reinforce its future direction. This included creating transparency on what capabilities are needed in the future.

Approach

The project was carried out in a series of meetings where a better understanding of the local business environment was created. This triggered management to change certain long term priorities as well as realize the need to adjust the operational set-up to support a change of their market positioning. The company had to reinforce its ability to target their offerings to customer needs and work more actively with their distribution partner.
